How do I get started?

If this is your first time using the program, you will need to create an account. Simply click on "Login" in the upper-right corner of the website, then click on the option for creating a new account. Once you have created an account and confirmed your email address, you can continue with the next step below.

How do I submit an order?

Before ordering for the first time, you must specify which students you will order for. Click on "Place Orders" in the menu, then click on "Add Student" on the right-hand side of the page. Begin typing the name of a student, and select the desired student from the results. Click "OK" to add the student to your list. If you cannot find a particular student, please email berdjette.barker@acalion.org.
Once you have added students to your family list, you may submit orders from the "Place Orders" page by filling out the order form for each student.

Can I make changes to an order after I enter it?

Yes, if the menu is still open for ordering and you have not yet paid for the order. Just visit the "Place Orders" page again and click the "Edit Order" button for the order you wish to edit.

How do I pay for my order?

After completing your orders on the "Place Orders" page, click "Continue" to proceed to checkout. You have the option to pay online with a credit or debit card, or in person with a check.
Online payments are processed securely via PayPal. We can accept all major credit cards, and you do not have to sign up for an account with PayPal in order to pay. There is a 5% credit processing fee for online lunch payments.

Can I view an order after it has been paid for?

Yes, simply visit the "Order History" page and click on the order in the table.

How can I view vending account balances?

Vending accounts allow students to purchase drinks, snacks, and other food items from the vending counter. Just visit the "View Vending" page to view account balances. Anyone you have added on the "Place Orders" screen will show up with a current balance.

How do I add money for vending?

On the "Place Orders" page, click "Continue" to proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add money to each student's vending account before completing your checkout.

Who designed this program?

This program was built by Andrew Richardson (ACA Class of 2005) and is maintained under the direction of ACA Food Services.
